Had to eat a couple slices of pizza(nothing else home) and I feel low t. Felt stronger and higher test when I was fasting. Wasn’t even that much pizza.

Maybe it’s my mind knowing that it worsens my life experience in the long term. Actually think I can eat plain food now. Before I would binge, but the guilt was never enough to prevent a relapse and now that I don’t care it feels as if it won’t happen.

Looking lean feels better than food. The potential experience you get from getting lean is something I crave more.

Everytime I go to eat I can't eat more than half of what I made

think it can be trained, depends on the dish too.
Yeah, I feel like it is because I substituted a lot of meals for ice cream and milk etc so I don't get hungry for chicken much anymore, my gut microbiome adjusted

I always drank a lot of water tho at the same time to reduce the dehydrating effevt it could have on skin longterm


For reference im 5’11 and 160lbs and low bf.
 
I lost my appetite. I think it's time to just eat once a day to get lean since I don't have the same appetite I had.

Should’ve took diuretics and see something funny

At least 2, unless you’re not active.
 
Im 26 tho ans been on tret for 8 years and lather my face in collagen and hyaluronic acid my skin is plump and soft, warm like a young guy. Alcohol 🍷 stands no chance against me

After my boxed wine madness i moved to like 2 martinis a day OR a glass or two of chartreuse. Did that for a few months. Stopped that in march

Now i dont drink anything i think ill keep it that way except at meals

were you fat before? works the other way around for me cuz i was skinny before and if i dont eat a lot i feel like ww2 jew

I’m my childhood, but after my teens I’ve been about average. Just that I’ve been cutting for some time now and haven’t had many junk as I used too

True junk food lowers my T too but eating healthy low calories does too. only 3000+ clean calories works for me but i have a really fast metabolism
