Literally in thr span of 6 months or so my hair and collagen got FUCKED.

Don't EVER cope with substances or alcohol it just gets worse and worse after that point.

even during my exams which were really important i didnt give a shit and slept on time and always got 8-9 hours sleep while every other nigga was stressing his ass off skipping sleep studying
