Someone already said it, but it probably means your face isn't there yet. And the height that is needed for the level of IOI that you seem to be looking for may well be 6'6" or above/~200cm. Austin Wayne is that height, and it makes him the most striking person in any public setting.

That height is good, but if you don't have any face to go with it the attention obviously won't be as good as you wish for it to be.
