fillers can't substitute for bones, so chin filler is out of the question when it comes to elongating the chin. for width and projection it's ok because there aren't many nerves or structures around the chin

If I ever get fillers it would probably be in my chin and that’s it maybe a bit in my gonians and zygos but just small amount for symmetry, the problem is I’ll have to keep getting them done every once in a while

chin filler would most likely benefit you more but zygo filler isn't a bad shout out

but I would recommend you doing basic softmaxing/ healthymaxing before you hardmax

That is very untrue. Eye surgeries are very safe. The only problem with IOs and the sort is that if your surgeon is a retard, you might be able to feel it during unusual movements simply because of how thin the tissue is. The surger(y/ies) themself are very safe. I am not talking about Giant's OBO.
