Dead serious. EVERY surgery transformation I see has minimal improvements because the people who get them are usually already ugly and it in now way effectively changes their external perception. Surgery only works when you're already decent looking and helps give you that extra boost. It's okay for good looking celebrities to get surgeries but when a sub-5 does, it really changes nothing about his life. Him constantly thinking about his looks now and all the money and time put into the surgery makes it a HUGE net negative overall. Show me one sub-5 that truly ascended with surgery (UNFRAUDED).

Height is important in other aspects of life, not just adding - another bonus.

True. The best "surgeries" are typically small things done. Like fillers or eyelid surgery or a nosejob. Once someone starts making huge structural changes like their jaw it usually ends up looking unharmonious, like they're not a real person

surgery is for fixing big failos not enhancing already existing features , so it's ideal to ascend you from ugly to average

I am normie and have minor failos like nose, ears and narrow jaw.

these are fixable though except jaw maybe but beardfraud is saving me
