I went to ramieri and it went great. But there are other surgeons who does bimax who are equally good and is cheaper.

And those surgeons also dont have a whole hive of lookmax users doing online consults and making the consult times 4 months plus.

The thing is this site will not get new surgeons anymore. Do you know why ramieri and pag etc is famous here. Because people posted result, specifically Lord madness, gaia, and some other guys. And those guys posted a many pics and even vids on yt

This doesnt happen anymore as people dont post result here anymore because the forum has gone to viral and is mostly filled with shitters now. This site had value when it was kinda secret.

The litteral reason why forum surgeons are famous is because some dudes went there randomly, got a decent result. And poof now they are the best in the world. Like there are many surgeons who are equally good. Many in turkey, germany etc

I’d have paid far more trying to do it in UK and not a lot less in Turkey tbh.
Tbf UK is one of the worst countries because it’s low-income but there’s also no insurance and the surgeons are extremely expensive and somewhat backward.

Most surgeons deal with young males, and from this forum its mostly older guys or atleast 22+ that goes thru with surgery most of the time

Yea, i mean you should allways consult with 3 surgeons atleast and see if the plan is kinda the same. Jaw surgery is usually one type of possible plan. so if you go to many and they give you very diff plans something is up

Hard to say, i asked a girl to rate me after and she said 8 out of 10 with good features(not even kidding about the features part) and before i got rated maybe 6 on average. But for myself i dont even know if i ascended. I need more surgeries for sure
