One thing about Ramieri is that I've never heard bad things about him

Did you have functional problems before consulting Ramieri? If so what was it?

Have to wait until I get a ct scan then, I don't really have problems breathing but I'm probably recessed to a degree

Yea, i mean many people get sleep apnea with age, and that can be other reason rhen recession. The obv thing is being fat but some people just have soft tissue issues. I mean bimax should be if you see clear recession otherwise the hustle aint worth the squeeze. Its a shitty ass process

Just stay subhuman bro. If you wanna ascend through bimax at worst you need a shittier doc to perform it on you if the good ones reject.

you don't recommend ramieri because hes too expensive do you think ascension is supposed to be cheap?

Never said i dont recommend ramieri, he is relatively cheap still. And he is good but not necessarily better then many other surgeons. I think if price weren't the limit its obvious that one should go with raffaini.

I mean if one isnt clearly recessed he should spend the bimax money on higher time+ value vs return surgeries. If money and time isnt the limit sure go ahead. But we all know 1-2 year in braces before bimax and 6 months after + recovery is hella investment. Better make a difference then

I mean i am not recommending anyone, i am just saying its a very narrow view to think the only surgeons who are good what some random folks on this site went to by accident really. Then you might be limiting yourself and also overpay.

Also i would say for some people ramieri might be a bad option because surgeons are usually good st different types of cases

hes pretty good with sfs

i would actually say he is not that good for sfs, any surgeon can get decent result with sfs and from what i have seen he has decent result from sfs. And i would even argue for good reasons which i could explain why. That he is bad for severe sfs. I would say he is the best for people who need decent amount of ccw and doesnt need that much forward advancement in the maxilla. Overall cases who doesnt need that much advancement overall, mild cases. Generally people who benefit from the mios approach.

brootal i got DNRd asking him where he learned this stuff from :feelscry:
there's now "where" to learn ts bro
he's just one of the many guys here who got/is about to get a hardmax, and it makes you want to learn how it works and how to optimise it for you.
then you learn some interesting stuff about the field along the way and you start digging on papers on pubmed, old forums, etc.
