Don‘t know how to deal with my curly hair. NEED HELP

I have strong curly hair as a brown blonde boy.

I would say about 3B-3C.

I don’t know how to dry and style it.

Everytime I shower and I put a leave in conditioner it needs a big amount of time to dry and it does look like frizzy and smashed.

Yeah on some days ai get very lucky and it looks very good, but on many days I just don’t know what to do.

What could I do?

Here are 2 pictures.

get silk pillows, some GOOD curl products, dry it with either a diffusor extension or just airdry and use a spray bottle on your hair to style it in the morning
