Help with hair.

My hair's 1B-1C and I'm not sure how to style it. It's medium to short length and I want to go cut it soon. I use Based Texture Powder and I shampoo 2-3 times a week with Anti Dandruff Apple Head and Shoulders. Any suggestions, changes and additions I should make?

grow it out a little more on the sides and the top it looks so flat and it’s also a lot thin so do something about it and dye it black prob, also mark as solution (check mark on the right)
