I'm planning to have infraorbital implant with saddle surgery for fixing my infraorbitals with Dr. Pagnoni , in a few days I have a zoom consultation with him, but apparently he has lost his "passion" and many of his latest patients are botched not only jaw but also infraorbital areas. I just wanna fix my infraorbitals and I'm scared of proceeding forward because of being botched, I need help

Most of the complaints I heard were about bimax, allegedly he does the BSSO cuts too high up and seems a little negligent / uncaring when it comes to post op complications, at least you’re not getting an osteotomy from him tho and I do hear plenty of good stories so just do your research carefully

I can't look people in the eyes because of my lower eyelid i just want the issue gone, I have money and I'm ready to pay , I'm just afraid I will get botched in the end into something irreversible, I have searched the entire internet with his name on every single page, there are good cases and bad ones, I'm so fucking confused bro
