unis starting tomorrow.. but that takes up like 1/3 of the day AT MOST (minus the sleep)

i legit dont care to do workout and shit cuz it dont give me shit.. literally (no dopamine rush, positive feedback, validation, pleasure.. LIKE IT LITERALLY DONT GIVE ME SHIT)


i dont know what to do.. rn im going insane cuz i cant get stimulated by anything..

on socials, i have no one to stalk either.. i dont know what to do..


all i do is rot here, stalk socials, take vids of my face so i get dopamine rush, be angry/rage, sleep..

I've unironically started spending time at the library. I'll just go there, pick up some book and start reading it. Makes me feel productive since I'm actually learning stuff. Also forces me to leave the house

I'm not obsessive about finishing anything, if I get bored with a book/topic I'll just pick up another one. I skim and sometimes skip pages if they don't seem interesting, makes reading more complex books much more enjoyable.

Would recommend at least trying it. Beats staying on the computer all day
