Is it that simple though? I try to change thr workout every 2 month or so

the big 3 of gymmaxing are incline-bench, chin-up, and lateral raise

Push-ups (they require zero effort to do so) keep the klinefelter's away.

Pretty sure the pull up activates the traps quite a bit. Also I feel abs when I do them

I doubt they're inactive

active ≠ stimulated at a high enough intensity to make them grow

abs are active during planks, but planks are cope. active ≠ effective for hypertorphy
