Accutane personally helped with my mental health, it's a less common side effect but yeah usually u should always report mood changes and shi

I was told it wasn’t placebo by him but who tf knows ig, it’s a retinoid and it can influence the expression of certain genes in the brain. therefore it can probably change dopamine receptors
