Seeing baddies is bad for my mental health

It’s to the point now that any bad bitches I see on tiktok or ig will trigger a massive dopamine spike, for a brief moment I am fully convinced I can pursue this women, love her, build a family, find true purpose, and then the stone cold reality kicks in, I am objectiveltly ugly, waves of depression flood my recessed skull as I start beating myself up for thinking I had a chance, and I end up below baseline.

It’s to the point where I am considering deleting social media.
