What about Low to High cable chest flyes? Goated recommendation though, i want to reduce sternal pec stimulus as much as possible
great upper chest isolation, even better unilaterally. from what ive seen there is really not good lifting advice on here, i might write a thread that details how to actually grow

I don’t train chest at all anymore.
Worst muscle group ever, it slouches your shoulders and gives a waterbaloon look

I have a theory not training it will make you more DYEL for sure but in a good way, you’ll look less tryhard and more aesthetic. Tried my best to not cherrypick the pics

(copypasted this answer of mine from another thread)

Let me know what you guys think

does that actually affect your physique tho? or is it more of a mental thing for you? not sure i buy the shoulder slouch argument tbh

depends on muscle insertion, most people are ok with going all out on chest but some have lower-dominant chest which just looks horrible so you are partially right but only for those people. Also training upper-chest more is always a better option.
