Don’t underestimate cardio and sweating for debloating

The other night, I cheated on my diet. Ate a full pint of Ben and Jerry’s (1220 cals,) peanut butter, goldfish, etcetera. Normally this would bloat me like hell the next day, even with my debloating routine and getting back into a caloric deficit. But the following morning I had to do 2-3hrs of manual labor, carrying heavy stuff and working in such heat and humidity that my shirt was soaked with sweat.

I went to the gym after this and was surprised by how mogger I looked. My face was chiseled, jawline was sharp, people were staring at me. I always forget how much of a looksmax cardio and sweating can be. If you’re struggling with facial bloating, do some cardio, play a sport, take a long walk, sit in a sauna, and see how it works for you. Cardio sucks but I might have to start doing it again.

I’ve been eating like a woman and staying lean for almost a year now, I get tired of doing this shit

It won’t debloat you, you will just lose weight.

Yes, cardio helps with actual fat loss but cardio/sweating also decrease water retention in your face and body

Because you’re delusional probably.
No one’s delusional. I see myself in the same gym mirror everyday. When I’m debloated there’s a much darker shadow casted on my cheeks. By now I can also feel my jawline and tell how bloated I am at any given time. Cardio and sweating being a Debloat is literally water, you’re a retard for arguing this
 
People underestimate cardio for debloating. Only problem is you need to sip water after otherwise you will bloat back up.

It’s good for events especially when drinking alcohol as it’ll debloat even more.
