The other night, I cheated on my diet. Ate a full pint of Ben and Jerry’s (1220 cals,) peanut butter, goldfish, etcetera. Normally this would bloat me like hell the next day, even with my debloating routine and getting back into a caloric deficit. But the following morning I had to do 2-3hrs of manual labor, carrying heavy stuff and working in such heat and humidity that my shirt was soaked with sweat.
I went to the gym after this and was surprised by how mogger I looked. My face was chiseled, jawline was sharp, people were staring at me. I always forget how much of a looksmax cardio and sweating can be. If you’re struggling with facial bloating, do some cardio, play a sport, take a long walk, sit in a sauna, and see how it works for you. Cardio sucks but I might have to start doing it again.
