If you're a man, that is . 45 years old is the end for men , especially if you aren't married. I'll be there in 4 years, but I trust the Lord will see me through. The 45 year old man- usually balding, overweight, and cranky. That's the middle age spread time too. But it doesn't have to be set in stone.

But don't say it's over when you're still in your 20s or 30s. That's just cowardly.
