dopamine detox is probably a meme, changing diet would do 1000x more. think about drug withdrawal, addicts consuming 1000xs of dopamine day in day out, and once they go cold turkey their body instantly recovers around 90 percent of dopamine, all in less than two weeks. so any marginal gains of ceasing phone use etc would not be worth the headache besides maybe spiritualredditmaxxing
