DORSAL HUMP,,Mouth breathing or Puberty?

in the first picture(before puberty) i was 11 or 12 and in the second picture(near end of puberty) im 16 ,,did my nose grow huge and dorsal hump appeared cause of puberty or cause of mouth breathing?i look like my mom but she has a button nose.
