Once and for all, does anyone here actually know what causes it? I see perfect faces with this shit. I see recessed/downgrown maxillas with perfectly straight/upturned noses. It seems like there is no rule.

the fact that it's related to certain phenos shows that it's mainly genetic. more importantly, why is it called a dorsal hump when it's on the fron tof your nose?
