Other than hardmaxing are there any reliable ways to visibly reduce a dorsal hump? It's most likely due to me being recessed and not sure what to do about it.

Fair but can mewing still help at my age (nearly 17)? Or is it just cope outside of puberty?

I would still mew, but it's not really going to change your facial structure outside of puberty
