[ASPIE] How to write to and speak to surgeons?

How do we go about emailing and speaking to surgeons? How does one interact with them in an NT and effective way? It's getting close to ascension time for me boyos, time to mobilize.

I just write to them and speak to them using PSL terms like "subhuman lower third" etc. I find that they are quick on the uptake when you use their language.

‘Dearest _____, I’m looking to ascend so I can slay prime JB gook pussy and mog the rest of my country, can I get a consultation so you can fix my subhuman _______’

Ok, no, but seriously I think there are some kinda obvious ones
-don't make any bureaucratic errors ever
-Never question the doctors opinion or try to sound like you know it better (even if you actually do)
-avoid talking money

But what would be one or two things that might not be so obvious, but one should pay attention to?

i don’t think they give a fuck why you want the surgeries, as long as they’re taking ur money, show pics of what u want tho so u they dont fuck you up even worse
