Im looking for a trusted / tested surgeon for double jaw surgery

In my own country where i got my scans done they said 12k total for double jaw surgery (6k each jaw)

But the simulated before and after didnt really look good and the plan was lowkey ass

So id want to look at other surgeons

My budget is 10-30k

Trimax, double jaw surgery+genio. 28k euro but I'm doing dental rehabilitation as well, I believe bimax/trimax cases are around 20k euro or so

3mm downgraft at maxilla, 9mm advancement maxilla/bsso. Some small movement down on the chin.

I forfeited the free in my country. I don't trust the public healthcare system and you can't see any before/afters and they mostly prioritize occlusion over aesthetics, and my occlusion was already fine
