So I wanna get the bimax done as a medical procedure so my insurance covers it but I’ve seen people get them done medically and yes their side profile ascends but other things are left messed up like philtrum for example how do i avoid that what do i tell my ortho/surgeon

My mid face is really flat rn I feel like and my face is round I wouldn’t say it’s long tho
