Double Jaw Surgery and Paranasal Implants

If you needed more nasal base projection would DJs or Paranasal implants be better, and is it possible to do both or does the forward movement of the upper jaw from DJS make the implants not be able to be placed right.

Paranasal implants usually sit higher than a standard lf1 cut, custom implants can be designed around the maxillary hardware, or you can do a hybrid plate (maxillary hardware and paranasal implant in one). Off the shelf paranasals can look quite different from custom ones. if you have Daniel Larson nose, lf1 is the obvious answer along with paranasals.
