Double jaw worth or should i just consider other smaller things?

Double jaw is a major procedure and with my down growth I'm not sure it's even worth considering. Are there some more minimal procedures i could definitely consider that would genuinely help me? Talking things like cantho etc, I have a horrible side but generally front is what I care about more

Pics all taken at like 18% bf so still have some fat to pull off my face before I can fully judge but yea any comments welcome no need for unnecessary hate

its probably just your mandible that is downswung

your midface looks fine as in not too long, if your occlusal plane is also fine then your maxilla isnt downgrown

yea idk man bimax is so hard to decide

like you wanna improve every part of your face but then you remember you cant eat solid foods for 4 months and run the risk of being botched + paying 10k for improving the least important part of your face, the side profile

yeah but he should get a canthoplatsy first ngl im not in a situation where i can get hardmax or am allowed so i cant really do anything unfortanetly but nandrolone will do some work for me i hope

it kidna does look like he has nct from these pics, but i have to see one from eye level i cant really tell

could be neutral tilted too but photos taken from below, he has good pfl and ipd nonetheless so its not really a big failo

the way i see it is just a foundation for fixing recession
downgrowth isnt that bad so u know, people always say get bimax before touching implants, you dont want implants on a recessed face

Also no chance I can possibly develope still? All things considered I'm 18 and people seem to be very 50/50 on whether running some compounds at this point would do anything for you but still could be worth trying?
