Is a double jaw necessary and what could I benefit from it? Other tips will help a lot.

You definitely have a recessed mandible. MMA would help with that and you might be a candidate for CCW which would give huge gains in jawline and chin projection.

You have great eyes but Your midface is deficient, evident by the eye bags, and detracts from the eyes. Midface implants or fat grafts for that.

Your nose is slightly asymmetrical and the tip is bit large. You could do a Septorhinoplasty but you’d have to wait until after DJS and even then, I don’t think it’s the highest ROI procedure in your case.

But there’s a lot of low hanging fruit to tackle too. You need to clean shave or use minoxidil for the beard, but what you have now isn’t good. You have great eyebrow shape just get rid of the unibrow.

Is ccw automatically involved in mma?

Not necessarily. MMA is just forward movement but ccw changes the pitch of the mandible (search up yaw pitch roll). To be a candidate for that, there are a few criteria and one of them is having an occlusal plane that is steep. If you already have a flat occlusal plane, ccw is not advised
