I don't consider your face compact. Your whole maxilla + mandible are slighly downward grown. It's not bad though.

Interesting. I consider the midface as essentially the maxilla - from the middle of the eye sockets all the way down to the upper jaw.
Kurt Russell, the actor, has a compact midface for reference imo.

Either way you seem fine. I don't think there's a surgery that's going to give you anything more than a marginal return.

It’s not compact but it’s wide enough to compensate makinging it look compact enough. Either way ur fine, just fix your eyebrows and get some sort of custom undereye/midface implants
