Doxylamine and melatonin to sleepmaxx

currently using it, i take 5-15mg of melatonin and doxylamine every night, for someone who has problems sleeping it helps alot, just wondering if there are any dangerous long term effects i should be aware off.

it's a peptide that helps deep sleep and other stuff. just spray it into your nose before bed
