Dr.A is shooting against E, and his silicone implants. Battle of the surgeons

Does R perform MLF3? I'm fixated with having surgery with him next year, even if I have to spend 20k on it fuck it, gonna beg for a LF 2 in which he can move my lower orbitals
Not to my knowledge. Pretty sure theres a list of MLF3 Dr's on this site.

LF2 isn't an easier surgery to perform than MLF3. The whole point of MLF3 is that it's a simplified procedure. Check one of my previous posts/ threads or smth where I explain it.

idk what it's devolved into now but back when I used to post on there I'd get responses. Kavan is pretty pathetic but if you just ignore his crappy attitude he gives good info. Plus there's already loads of material on the forum, it's not likely that your question hasn't been answered.

Who cares if you get answers on this site? They're wrong more than half of the time. Most people don't know shit and theres only a handful of good users/ posts on the site. The best of the best section is good but other than that it's 60+ % just monkey ramblings
My question whether I'd be eligible for MLF3 given my CEPH and who performs it in Europe has never been answered by those circlejerking faggots on JSF. Kavan indeed is a pathetic sperg

Sadly, a part of this site is ALSO a circlejerk, only this time it's mental masturbation about getting surgeries & never actually committing.

Not saying that's you, and not saying there aren't a lot of serious/ legit users on here, but during summer etc this site is so diluted with greycels or newcels that over time the forum as a whole "forgets" things. This is why posts repeat on a seemingly weekly basis on here.

So no implants for me then. Is there an alternative to infraorbital implants?

Those can't be that bad if he does them himself and even promotes them on his website, but I think he uses medpor, not silicone

I looked like an animal out of the ocean, like a sperm whale or fetus. The whole point was to have the projection sit very low and to give that flat "mean" look. I said repeatedly I wanted the Tom Brady / Sean O'Pry look. Projection came out high above the brow and rounded. The implant won't actually lower the angle of your brow at all. It just functions to add projection. So you won't look "meaner," just exactly as you do now but with more anterior projection. You learn going through this sort of thing that a low brow isn't really a matter of anterior projection as much as it is just soft tissue and where your eyebrow hair follicles are. You'll have some guys with big brows who don't carry that "mean" look, and other guys who have a pretty flat brow on profile but who somehow have a low, flat masculine look.

There's a reason Eppley doesn't have many before and afters on his site. It's because he knows the aesthetics of the actual results don't match the hype of the artistic CT designs. If the results are good, why wouldn't he just show them? This isn't even a subjective opinion on my end. He literally has my poor design up on his site as though it's an example of a good one. I'm sure plenty of guys have pointed to my design over the years and said "wow yeah I want something like that."

Should also note (because this is relevant to the original video the OP posted): Eppley had mentioned to me that occasionally patients say if they push on part(s) of the implant, that it will squeak. By definition, that must mean there's mobilization of the silicone, with varying degrees of gap between implant and bone. Otherwise, it should not be audible when you push on it.
Can you post a link of your case on Eppley website and the before & after ,my friend?I may undergo a similar surgery in the near future, maybe you will let me change my surgery decision.
