yep. im not sure what the consensus is for PEEK implants but i'm certain they are not nearly as bad. as far as i know, silicone creates a scar tissue capsule around the implant with constant low grade inflammation because of the non biocompatibility

PEEK causes some initial bone resorption around the implant but it’s more akin to bone remodelling around it the resorption is only temporary. Silicone will cause bone resorption that won’t stop until the implant is removed
