Dr doesn't want to overfill my periorbital region and only wants general anesthesia for fat graft

Basically, the dr said I don't have enough bidyfat for harvesting, I am like 15% bodyafat and the area with the most fat is my belly, but I am still quite lean! He said it's better to harvest from lower back, but I don't have enough fat there! He also said that if he does liposuction on my belly, I will have to undergo general anesthesia, not local, meaning that he won't agree to overfill! I showed him a picture of O'pry and I said I want 110% overfill(really not that much)! He said I will most likely require a touch up, should I still get it? My eye area is subhuman, especially with a lot of uee, so even if I don't get 0 uee, I will still have a better eye area!

Dr said it would be better to gain weight, but it's stupid because if you lose a lot of weight after the procedure, the fat graft could absorb a lot

I don't really want true hunter eyes, I just want to get rid of my excessive uee as it's a major failo! I will be pleased with hooded eyes! And for under eyes should I try to get rid of hyperpigmentation before fat grafts(I have dark circles since I was a kid)?

You are right! Do you know good clinics there? He looked at me quite judgy when he saw I am young and a male wanting upper eyelid fat grafts! I chosed this dr because he's the only one from my country with good results and it costs me like 1000€

The dr said this year he is too busy to do it and firstly I gotta have a f2f consult to establish if he can extract the fat or not, he said I don't have enough fat on my body and will probably extract from abdomen in best case

No jfl, I am like 15% body fat, but I have little to no fat distribution to love handles and lower back(these are the locations dr wanted to extract the fat with only local anesthesia) and for abdominal region he said I will need general anesthesia, meaning I will be asleep so I won't know how much fat he will put, he said he will be conservative! I told him to overfill like 110%, but he refused

Nah, lumps are extremly rare and usually happen at older people, look at all the people on forum who got fat grafts and u will see that all of them got overfillings! With fat grafts it's unusual to retain all the fat, it'e expected to lose up to 30% from it, so overfilling counters this

Are there other things you need to consider?
What if thr volume from the added fat is too much compared to how much you're left with? Wouldn't that cause any sagging?

Many people have sagging from too much fat and it looks quite good(sagging from fat looks way better than sagging from excess skin) especially in my case anything that gets rid of my UEE ascends my eye area to Gandy's heaven! Altough I think in future when I will get fat grafting under eyes I will be conservative as that's a different thing

U are talking alone or what jfl? The post is about periorbital region, meaning solving uee! My first fat graft will be done for uee(my biggest failo) and depending how good my results will be I will do undereyes! For undereyes it's better to be conservative becasue if u put too much fat it will sag in a bad way, not like the sagging from uee, which is not bad

He said he is too busy with other patients this year so in 2026 he can do it, I will do it in the summer of 2026, most probably, but firstly he gotta see me f2f to know wheather or not he can harvest the fat! He told me I look quite lean and the only area he can do liposuction for fat harvesting is my abdomen

Is he gonna overfill or not? Cus I got the surgery and my surgeon overfilled a lot, and trust me LOADS of the fat gets resorbed.

My results are good but if your surgeon isn’t gonna overfill then it’s not gonna give the results u want

I will get it done 2 times if it doesn't give me good results(I plan to get fat grafts under eyes anyway)! He doesn't want to overfill bcs the only place he can harvest in my case is abdomen and he says he won't overfill if I am under general anesthesia! I said I want local anesthesia, but he refused! He said if he would harvest from my lower back he would give me local anesthesia, but I have little to no love handles! Can u PM me ur before and after results?
