this physique can be attained in one year as a natty, you are just scratching the surface. it's about year long bulks, genetics and proper training intensity. don't limit yourself to this average physique

That is a bit of a stretch for most people. His arms are pretty small, though, I think most people can get bigger arms in 1 year, but the rest is a lot more difficult, especially at his level of leanness.

more muscle can be gained in a year, you shouldn't try be 10% first year of training. getting lean isn't hard anyways

I don't think natty gymcelling is a waste anymore by the way. But if your goal is to look like Connor Murphy or Jeff Seid then I would agree its absolutely worthless.
 
Physique is pure genetics. I worked out for 2 years straight and I barely gained muscle. I got stronger but there was barely and muscle definition thanks to my dads slim physique.
