however andrei is quite young in surgeon terms and he is really good too especially for his age. he has a good developing eye and one of most blackpilled surgeons, also cheaper. he will be heir to dr sinn and other top maxfacs easily. he is a upcoming star right now.

so both will give you satisfying results, if budget allows raffaini, for those with tight budget andrei is best out there without a doubt
