Hello, I consulted with Dr Ramieri and I don't really know what to do now.

Just to get this out of the way

He was super kind, and ready to answer any question I had to throw his way. 10/10 communication.

One minor problem, I'm retarded. and don't really know what I need in terms of best return on investment

He said he doesn't like giving aesthetic advice and he reflects off of what the patient wants and tells him.

I've tried contacting giant but he seems to be extremely busy.

And I want to go into this knowing that I'm getting the best possible return on my procedures that I could be getting.

Please help yall 🥲

Also feel free to ask any questions 😄

Well you can post your scans and profile on here and ask some high iq users also post on r/jawsurgery and you can consult some influencers like faceiq who claim to help with planning

my advice is not based off of anything since I haven't seen you and Im also not a implant designer, I would ask him to get the most correction aesthetically and refine any flaws such as assymtery and overall improve harmony through balancing your face, he might give you an option of correcting asymmetries and improving through trimax aswell with maybe implants although he's not the implant designer, if he doesn't offer implants, I would ask for inframalar implants, and mandibular mcw "implate" (but I would tell him that the motive with these implants is not to achieve insane angularity but instead to improve overall harmony and symmetry) You should also ask about inframalar implants wether or not he could place saddled implants, im pretty sure he can place them but seems very conservative about them, so I would ask him if he recommends them and chances are that he'll give a recommendation. as for mcw I wouldn't miss out on this as it his one of his upcoming technologies which augments the entire mandible and chin (correct me if Im wrong @FrenchareMedCucks . but yeah I think when it comes to surgery enhancing and refining your face is a lot more important than just straight out going for crazy movements to get angularity which doesn't fit your face and fly too close to the son, definitely go all out and ask for mcw and saddled inframalars, but state your motive

my advice isn't the best as I'm not a implant designer or a surgeon, and Im not exactly educated on the topic

most importantly I would tell him to prioritize the most correct aesthetically while still preserving harmony. this would likely include lefort 1, bsso, genio and implants, and you should tell him that these are to enhance harmony, and correct assymetry not necessarily to get large movements and angularity.

for the implants specifically would ask If you would benefit from saddled inframalar implants, he tends to be conservative when it comes to placing them so in that area he might actually give a recommendation, as for the mandible and chin I would ask for mcw "implate" augmentation, its one of his upcoming technologies that allows augmentation of the chin and mandible and can be placed during trimax. I would ask @FrenchareMedCucks for more info on that he seems more educated

I think you really can't go wrong with ether of those implants listed as chances are when you'd need a bimax you also need refinement in other areas of the face maybe only the saddled as it might be overcorrection.

pretty good advice. preserving harmony and not getting exaggerated movements is key.

am i able to get in contact with them to see what they would recommend? I just need kind of a guiding hand.

Must have been an awkward ahh consult

"So young man, what can I do for you?"

"idk. you tell me?"

"idk, you have to tell me what you want"

"idk what I want tbh"

"right"

"..."

awkward silence for the rest of the consultation
