Jfl I didn’t know it was even possible to be bad at genioplasty.

Soft tissue usually responds very well to a genioplasty and it kind of just drapes over the advancement.

It’s most likely due to a poorly planned cut.

do you think it could also be related to the fact that it was such a large movement? 18mm is big even for Ramieri's custom genio, and is bound to have a step-off effect. he should have just gotten a BSSO (10-12mm) and a regular genio movement(like 6-8mm).

Is ramieri good at genio or not? Can i trust him for a reverse genio aka revision genio aka chin shaving? Need to make my chin much smaller
