I'm not a big fan of these three surgeons, for bimax . i think your results is too much random.


I found Raffaini and Ramieri better , before and after more natural and more consistent overall , even if they won't make a LTN guy Chad with big jaws.

Depends on so many factors,
mainly facial depth is the reason for a good bimax result.

If you have an underbite for example, it's limited, therefore your result will not be as good as someone who has a great maxilla beforehand but just needs to fix his short face with downgraft bimax, unless you get a lf2/3 or projection rhino with paransal implants.
All depends on your base, bimax is not russian roulette if the surgeon uses custom plates but of course it still has huge risks.
It's always predictable how you will look after any surgery imo.

His base was just beyond fucked and he's still ltn in the after, shitty facial depth, shitty gonial angle, feminine forehead, no supra bone at all, shitty undereyes, no collagen, no zygos nothing.

If you need weird reconstructive shit, it's over. It really is a Russian roulette. The only way you can ascend with surgery is if you have a good base, but only need some easy to do simple implants (jaw, chin, cheeks maybe).

i have good forehead growth and average upper maxilla but my mandible is short and recessed just like my chin ableit not dead tier.
i'm also downgrown. my mandible is a bit longer than his but not by more than 3-4mm.

that guy ascended hard in march he got custom plates + ramus widening with Ramieri. crazy how 2 mm widening can make your whole ramus and gonial angle visible.

Alfaro has fallen out of the good graces recently of sites like these. Lots of complaints and post surgical complications covered up, routine over advancements. Idk what to think of safi other than his treatment planning software seems decent, similar to Gunson. For patients willing to see providers out of network who won’t accept insurance, I’d consult with lacoms or raffaini

yes i've seen a result from a member of .org in january it was really an impressive ascension, fucking natural and harmonious,
lefort 1 area was so great looking.

Always disliked this result, imo he didn't improve at all. Aesthetically speaking, in his case he would have needed more than just a bimax (implants, projection rhino) and since he probably won't get any other surgeries, a genio would have been the proper surgery imo. he looks even more downgrown in the after pic & the gonial angle looks completely fucked. Basically from mtn to mtn.
