i have a question regarding the reported case below

1. Is it true that reduced sclera show is purely a result of fillers? that would be amazing.

2. Where exactly do you inject this under eye filler? at the so called tear through? To be honest ive not seen such an result regarding the sclera show with tear through injections before.

3. How long does the filler last in that region in average?

Hi. Yes this patient did have filler with great result but honestly usually it is suboptimal and temporary effect. So surgery (lower eyelid retraction surgery) is much more effective. You can send photo of your eyes for preliminary evaluation. Or my office staff will help you schedule consultation, which can be in person or via Skype or FaceTime.

Well there are definitely two ways to take this.

1. Taban is lying and this is clearly a money grab to justify a more complex and much more expensive procedure (what a lot of anti-Taban conspiracy theorists on this forum certainly believe about Taban)

OR

2. Taban is actually being very honest about a result that would be suboptimal for most people facing these sort of issues saving you money, time and energy in the long run.

Personally, as a person who has awful NCT, lower eyelid retraction and bulgy eyes as I do I am very much biased towards the 2nd perspective instead of the 1st.

It is very disheartening to hear that most of us with these issues will need to pony up the 30-50k for an orbital decompression to start with followed by lower lid retraction surgery, infraorbital implants, AND canthoplasty in order to achieve a decent result (which according to Taban still will be away from a Chico, O'Pry or Perestrello).. but I guess that is just the reality...
