Hey, same thing happened to me when I went the second time to university, I just couldn't do my dissertation paper, no matter how much I tried, stimulants didn't do anything - I just wasted time doing other useless crap, browsing and reading random stuff, whenever I tried to actually work I just couldn't!
Back when I finished the first university, I didn't have Internet yet at home so I wasn't distracted by it, I could easily work and do papers and projects, Internet can easily kill your concentration, attention span and motivation...
