nigga there's a shit ton of cantho techniques lol, and those terms are sometimes interchangeable - “Pexy” means that a structure is being fixated and “plasty” means that a structure is being modified, u tighten with pexy like this for example

and plasty u release and reattach the tendon for stronger results ig

the point is to support the lower lid and/or alter the shape of your eyes

obviously the former is gonna be riskier than the latter

true, but i meant in general is it a RISKY procedure? not like bimax where it is not really as risky just invasive, but stuff like jaw implants are more risky i’d say cause they can go wrong or require removal
