agreed as FUCK. I did this cope before I was just gigabloated the whole day didnt feel like doing shit just bloated to oblivion like a bowling ball.

Drink as much water as your body asks of you. If you muh dont have enough water intake and u can see it through ur skin, moisturize and make sure to walk. Walking is biggest debloat and deinflammation ever. Fucking ascends me so hard

flushing sodium is the idea behind it. water retention in the face is often caused by sodium. drinking much water flushes the sodium. tbh i never see a difference if i drink 5l or 1l. i wake up with hollow cheeks and go to sleep with them cause in the end bones matter:forcedsmile:
