My diet consists of a lot of unhealthy fast food, takeout,etc and as a result of the higher sodium/carbohydrate diet. My face wasn’t as lean as it was in previous years. You could still see/tell I have bones, but they were less defined. Especially in the morning. But just 2 days after I upped my water intake from 8 to 12 glasses of water a day. My cheekbones now slightly extend past my face, and you can start see the lines on the side of my face even under shitty fluorescent light. I still have a ways to go. But If your lean and your face still isn’t that defined and you want to see those bones, DRINK
