Drinking on accutane?

My accutane from indiamart just got here and ik ur not supposed to drink on it but i have some social events where ill just have to (im in a frat and have to go some mando cocktails time to time) so what supplements can i take or what to do to minimize liver strain while drinking on accutane

aight. is it fine if i drink max 1x/wk on low dose (10-20mg ed)? also, during the semester i might just do low dose and when im on breaks and not drinking as much ill go up to max dose of like 60mg is that chill? given i hit cumulative dose at some point
