Tretinoin 0.05% while on accutane

Hi guys just want to know how to fix my redness on my face, before I started accutane I had severe acne and redness and now I’m on my last month and the acne has gone but I still have a lot of redness on my cheeks. Does anyone have any recommendations? I also have tretinoin 0.05% and want to know if you can use it on accutane as it might hurt skin barrier or if it will work for me? Thanks.

You can use it but it'll entirely depend on you, you can build up to it to try to maintain a good skin barrier overtime

You could use tretinoin with Accutane but I wouldn't your skin is already going to be sensitive enough as it is. You don't want to overwhelm your face with drying even as you body is in a state of producing less oil.

Why would you want to be on Tret when you are already on Isotret

Sounds like Azelaic Acid

Js do Cleanser,Moisturizer,Tret (we js need the cellular turnover as you do not have acne anymore), Azelaic (After tret) and spf 30/50 (keep the progress)
