Drinking water made me bloated

I used to believe bloating was a meme but holy shit I started drinking 3 liters of water everyday, changing the amount a bit from time to time and yesterday I didn’t drink a single ml of water and I wasn’t feeling thirsty.
I knew something was wrong so I continued not drinking water and boom I was debloated

Yeah but people suggest to drink 3 liters of water a day and magically piss it out. Im saying that it got me bloated and then my body got rid of it
