will drinking water help with face (making it more lean) and how much water should i drink?

Hydration is important for every single functional aspect of your body. It will suppress your appetite, so may help with not eating. Directly tho, it's not going to help make you lean. How much do you weight?

It’s not about how much, it’s when how you drink it, just go and find videos on yt you are not retard
 
2L a day is a great number for you then. If you're sweating a lot, due to cardio, or training, then up the intake and add some salt or electrolytes since you're sweating out minerals. Aim for around 30-35ml per KG of weight.

Drink 2-3 litres from morning to night so it keeps you hydrated throughout the entire day, and it will make your face less puffy and can make your skin tone better because it improves the blood flow to your skin.
