Drop your arm workout(Shoulders, bicep, Tricep)

Drop them, with sets and reps and maybe special instructions
 
my workout routine is pretty basic

Biceps: dumbbell curl 2 sets to failure preacher curl 2 set to failure

Tricep close grip bench 2 set to failure, Any tricep pushdown variation 2 set to failure.

Shoulders , dumbbell press 2 set to failure lateral raises any variations 4 set to failure, rear delts I hit with rowing
 
never done that i only train my arms with weighted chin ups like a real stud
