is droppy lower eyelid caused by bad under eye support? Or is it just genetics and can fat grafting help with it?

i mean aesthetic waiting has done that fat grafting and he became significantly better with his eye region

Can volufiline work for under eye? Im under 18 and can't have surgery right now

not sure but for me i did was consume vitamin c and sleep as much as i can to remove the under eyes you could give it a shot but it also means that you have infra oribital recession so you have to fix it with a surgery but hopefully its not as bad and you could fix it
