Lower third help

My biggest issue is my lower third is highkirk recessed. Not majorly just a few mms of chin and my jaw could use some work. Lips also small but I figure surgery.

What’s some soft maxxing ideas for spawning lower thirds I mean eventually I’ll get surgery but in the meantime I’m broke.
