Drs. that widen chin during Genioplasty

I want to do Genioplasty, and I heard there are techniques to wide the chin during Genioplasty, but I dont know which Drs. do that. Somebody know some or some Drs. that can wide chin while do Genio?

PS: Implant is not an option
